Collections & Returns

1. COLLECTION (LEICESTER OUTLET – NO DELIVERY)

All Leicester Outlet orders are collection only. We do not offer delivery for Leicester Outlet orders at this time.

1.1 PREPARATION TIME

Please place your order online and wait for an email confirming your order is Ready for Collection.
Collections can take up to 24 hours to prepare (and may be longer during busy periods).

1.3 COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS

Please bring your order confirmation (email) and be prepared to show ID if requested.

1.4 UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

If your order is not collected within the stated collection window (as shown in your Ready for Collection email / order details), we may cancel the order and refund you, subject to any lawful deductions (for example where items are personalised or exempt from cancellation).


2. RETURNS POLICY

2.1 BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM

2.2 CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (CONSUMERS)

Where your order is placed online, consumers generally have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • You normally have 14 days from the day you collect your order to cancel.

  • After telling us you want to cancel, you normally have 14 days to return the items.

This is in addition to your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

2.3 RETURNS DEADLINE

Where a return is accepted, items must be returned without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after you tell us you wish to cancel/return.

2.4 CONDITION OF RETURNS

Returned items must include all packaging, contents, documents, accessories, and any free gifts supplied with the order.

You may inspect items as you would in a shop, but if you handle them beyond what is necessary to check their nature/characteristics/functioning, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value (as permitted by law). If items were purchased as a set, they must be returned as a set.

2.5 WHERE TO RETURN ITEMS

We may, at our discretion, arrange collection of returned items or provide return packaging, and we will confirm this with you in writing.

2.6 COST OF RETURNS

  • Change of mind / unwanted items: you are responsible for the direct cost of returning items to us.

  • Our fault (incorrect item / faulty item / not as described): we will cover reasonable return costs and/or provide a return method.

2.7 RISK AND PROOF OF RETURN

Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of return.

2.8 REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, we will refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase (unless agreed otherwise) and within the timescales required by law. We may wait until we receive the returned goods (or evidence of return) before issuing the refund.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (COMMON EXCEPTIONS)

Cancellation/returns may not apply to certain items, including (where lawful):

  • personalised or made-to-order items,

  • sealed hygiene items once unsealed,

  • sealed audio/video/software once unsealed,

  • items that deteriorate or expire quickly,

  • gift cards/vouchers (where stated).

4. BACKORDERS (LEICESTER OUTLET)

Leicester Outlet items are typically limited stock and are not usually available on backorder. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer alternatives (where possible) or a refund.
